В статье поднимается вопрос появления такого понятия, как РегТех (RegTech), рассматриваются вопросы его возникновения и эволюции, этапы функционирования процессов РегТех и составные части, а также возможности применения в различных сферах деятельности, в первую очередь, в финансовой и банковской сферах. Дается анализ мировой и отечественной практики, где анализируется, как соотносятся между собой понятия РегТех и ФинТех (FinTech). Приводятся примеры и обозначены тенденции в области РегТеха на 2026–2027 годы, а также анализируются статистические данные по текущему развитию данного направления вместе с прогнозом развития вплоть до 2030 года.
