АНАЛИЗ ПРОГРАММ РАЗВИТИЯ ТРАНСПОРТНО-ЛОГИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ОТРАСЛИ КАНАДЫ

Аннотация. В статье представлен анализ опыта разработки и реализации программ развития транспортно-логистической отрасли Канады. Несмотря на значительную территорию, большая часть которой находится в зоне вечной мерзлоты, Канада обладает высокоразвитой транспортно-логистической инфраструктурой, входя в Top-10 стран по индексу эффективности логистики (Logistics Performance Index, LPI). Этот факт определяет научный интерес к изучению канадского опыта в данной области. В статье описана специфика, цели и задачи, а также принципы финансирования программ поддержки транспортно-логистического сектора Канады. Определены ключевые достоинства, недостатки и ограничения каждой из проанализированных программ. Сформулированы рекомендации по использованию канадского опыта развития транспортно-логистической инфраструктуры в России.

Analysis of development programs for the transport and logistics industry in Canada

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of the experience of developing and implementing programs for the development of the transport and logistics industry in Canada. Despite its significant territory, most of which is located in the permafrost zone, Canada has a highly developed transport and logistics infrastructure, being included in the Top 10 countries according to the Logistics Performance Index (LPI). This fact determines scientific interest in the study of Canadian experience in this area. The article describes the specifics, goals and objectives, as well as the principles of financing programs to support the transport and logistics sector of Canada. The key advantages, disadvantages and limitations of each of the analyzed programs are identified. Recommendations on the use of Canadian experience in the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Russia are formulated.
