Objectives of creation and implementation of innovations in the field of management

Аннотация. Целью статьи является уточнение теории и методологии создания и внедрения инноваций в сфере менеджмента. В качестве методов исследования выбраны методы классификации, а в качестве инструмента использованы бинарные матрицы, сформированные на основе классификационных признаков объектов и их дихотомий. В статье разработаны классификации базовых видов управления при создании и внедрении инноваций, установлены взаимосвязи приоритетов видов управления инновациями и организационной структуры управления предприятием, на основе которых обоснованы задачи лиц, принимающих управленческие решения. Внедрение результатов исследования позволяет сократить затраты, время и упущенную выгоду предприятий при создании и внедрении инноваций за счет структуризации и формализации задач по должностям и уровням организационной структуры управления.

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to clarify the theory and methodology of creation and implementation of innovations in the field of management. Classification methods chosen as research methods, and binary matrices formed on basis of classification attributes of objects and it dichotomies used as a research tool. The article develops classifications of basic types of management in the creation and implementation of innovations, establishes the relationships between the priorities of the types of innovation management and the organizational structure of enterprise management, on basis of which the objectives of management decision makers are substantiated. The implementation of the research results makes it possible to reduce costs, time and lost profits of enterprises when creation and implementation of the innovations by structuring and formalizing objectives by positions and levels of the organizational structure of management.
